Position: Junior Sous Chef, 40 hours per week, contractual.

Responsibilities: Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, as part of a 24/7 hotel operation.

Commis Chef

Position: Commis Chef, 40 hours per week, contractual.

Responsibilities: Perform kitchen support duties on flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Kitchen Porter

Position: Kitchen Porter, casual.

Responsibilities: Assist kitchen staff with dishwashing and general support; work flexible shifts.

Working Hours

The hotel operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, requiring flexibility across all roles.
