Regional Trainer
Covering Cornwall
Salary: £33,397.00 per annum with a car allowance of £7,703.53 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Your role
Utilising your previous experience of working within the adult social care industry and the regulatory framework, you will identify learning needs and evaluate learning and development programmes through observation and feedback. You will support a cluster of homes/services across the Northwest, ensuring staff have access to ongoing skills development appropriate for the care sector and within Sanctuary Care. You will work closely with people at all levels of the organisation to deliver cost-effective training, tailoring learning solutions to meet a wide variety of needs.
Qualifications and experience
Ideally hold a certificate in teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector, a CIPD certificate in training practice or recent experience in a similar role within the care sector. Demonstrated strong computer skills, effective communication and organisational skills and ability to meet challenging deadlines.
Travel and working conditions
Frequent and overnight travel is required. A full, current driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region and other areas is essential.
