Salary: £120,000 – 130,000 per year
We are a household-name enterprise organisation offering a permanent, hybrid role based in the East Midlands, with three office days per week and occasional travel to London and other locations. This is a high-profile leadership opportunity with long-term impact across the organisation, supporting a major SAP transformation roadmap spanning 5+ years, with Phase 2 already in planning. We offer a generous package with a base salary of £130K. The role is subject to UK Security Clearance and requires meeting the relevant eligibility criteria.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in similar large-scale transformation programmes
- Proven end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP transformations
- Experience running large programmes with oversight and governance responsibilities
- Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience taking responsibility for portfolio budgets and financial reporting
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance, including UK residency requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead a major SAP Transformation Programme across multiple business units
- Work with C-level stakeholders to shape and deliver the programme
- Lead a blended in-house and consultancy team
- Deliver process transformation and migration into a new SAP S/4 HANA environment
- Lead discovery, design, and implementation phases
- Translate strategic business goals into actionable deliverables for the team
- Play a key role within the technology SLT
- Provide programme oversight and governance
- Manage portfolio budgets and financial reporting
