Hotel – Duty Manager – Grays

Overview

We’re currently recruiting for a Duty Manager at our Thurrock East Premier Inn. The role is part‑time, 16 hours per week, with pay up to £13.86 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead our dream team to ensure every aspect of the hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and brilliant.
• Manage a reliable, high‑performing team to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
• Oversee health & safety standards and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Communicate effectively and organise tasks across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams, preferably in retail or similar environments.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff.
