Job Overview

Experienced C1 / 7.5 Tonne Driver needed for the waste & recycling team in Exeter.

Working Hours

• Average 37 hours per week
• Working 5 days out of 7
• Task and finish team structure
• Catch‑up Saturdays required after Bank Holidays

Responsibilities

• Drive a C1 / 7.5 Tonne vehicle safely across residential areas
• Load food waste bins into the vehicle throughout the shift
• Work closely with your crew in a team‑task environment
• Maintain high safety standards for yourself, your team, and the public

Requirements

• Manual driving licence with C1 entitlement (7.5 T)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience driving 7.5 T or above
• Physical ability to carry out frequent loading tasks

Pay

• £14.82 per hour on PAYE Accrued plus £1.78 per hour holiday pay equates to £16.60 per hour on PAYE Advanced
• Weekly pay
