Graduate Teaching Assistant (SEND Support & Welfare)

Harris Academy Rainham is looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support individuals and groups of students at the academy, including those with SEND. This role involves supporting learning in the classroom and addressing personal needs as required.

The successful candidate will have qualifications to degree level or equivalent, good interpersonal and communication skills, and some knowledge of strategies for working with young people with challenging behaviours.
