I’ma 6-year-old that hasbeen diagnosed with Autism.That means I experience the world a little differently, and I need someone who can meet me where I am—with patience, empathy, and a sense offun! I need someone to understand my communication needs asIsometimes become frustrated if I am not being understood.My brother is5 years oldwho really enjoy going out onhis scooter and going to the park.

Job Role
As our personal assistant,you’ll
- Required tosupport two boysto give mum support or time for respite.
- Support us to be safe, active, and engaged in everyday life.
- Help us enjoy my favourite activities and explore new ones.
- Build a trusting, consistent relationship with us and my family.
- Be flexible, and work in a person- and family-centred way.
- Take us on outingsor swimmingwith mum.
Who we are looking for:
Youdòn’tneed to be an expert—just someone who is:

Experience supporting children withadditionalneeds is a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is your heart and your willingness to connect.
Hours
- 2 hours per week
- Days and times are open to discussion
The rate of pay is £13.45 per hour with paid annual leave of 5.6 weeks pro rata. A suitable PVG isrequired.
