Customer Success Executive- Data – EG – Holborn, London
The Customer Success Executive is responsible for working with clients to obtain high volume, qualitative availability and transactions information for EG’s contributory database platform, Radius Data Exchange (“Radius”). In collaboration with the assigned Account manager, the CSE has the responsibility for bringing data into the company’s products and managing quality metrics around that data.
The CSE will report to the Head of Customer Success, and will work primarily in our Holborn and, from Spring 2019 onward, our Bishopsgate offices.
Responsibilities
The CSE is the key resource for customers and account managers to successfully engage with the data contribution functionality of Radius. The CSE provides support and guidance to customers to ensure they are providing accurate availability and transactional data in accordance with their contract.
Key Activities
- Build effective client relationships and proactively recommend training to individuals in the organisation on an ongoing basis
- Work alongside account managers to on-board all new accounts
- Ensure that product and market knowledge is of a high standard to enable delivery that meets customers’ needs effectively
- Effectively engage with the customer through face‑to‑face meetings and telephone training
- Identify areas of upsell for account manager to close
- Support the sales team in identifying customers needing support or assistance and effectively resolve issues
- Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the account manager
- Keep internal systems up to date to monitor client engagement and raise any concerns with the account manager
- Participate in weekly meetings with the sales team, sharing experiences and best practices with the wider team

- Able to acquire an effective working knowledge of Radius, the wider EG brand, the market, competitors and customers
- Good time management
- PC literate, good knowledge of Excel desirable
- Commercial acumen
- Knowledge of customer products
- Multi-tasking / deadline oriented
- Highly motivated
- Ability to travel in London and lesser extent UK wide
- Legal rights to live and work in the UK
