The Role

• Leadingmajor regeneration and mixed-use planning strategies
• Managingkey developer and investor relationships
• Overseeingjunior planners and supporting career development
• Preparingand managing fee proposals
• Representingclients at Local Plan examinations and appeal hearings
• Ensuringhigh-quality planning submissions across the team

About You

• Strongconsultancy or developer experience
• Provenability managing complex planning applications
• Strongclient-facing skills and commercial awareness
• Experiencementoring or managing junior staff
