Strategic Director of Inclusion & Accessibility

WCG is seeking a Director of Inclusion to lead strategic initiatives across its five college sites in Royal Leamington Spa. This position is not about direct teaching but focuses on creating frameworks to eliminate barriers to learning.

The Director will manage the High Needs and Accessibility Teams, overseeing funding and aligning operations with educational regulations. This is a pivotal role for a forward-thinking strategist in the field of education.
