Teaching Assistant Job | Primary TA | Leeds & Wakefield | £93–£120 per day | Full-Time

We are currently recruiting a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) for a full-time role in Leeds & Wakefield, offering a daily rate of £93–£120 per day depending on experience and qualifications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience within a supportive primary school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with lesson delivery
• Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assist with classroom organisation and behaviour support
• Help create a positive learning environment
• Support pupils’ academic and social development

Requirements

• Experience working with children desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
