Reablement Support Worker: Help Clients Regain Independence

Bury Council is seeking a Reablement Service Role to assist individuals in Bury aged 18 and over to regain their independence after hospital stays or crises. The role involves supporting meal preparation, personal care, and medication management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the community, hold an NVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care, and possess a valid driving license. Normal hours are 17.5 hours per week on a rotating schedule.
