Got a keen eye for detail and ready to launch your property career?
Our client is launching a new customer portal and needs immediate support to ensure customer data is accurate, consistent, and ready for go-live.
Why This Role?
- Working for one of the biggest commercial landlords in the UK, you’ll gain genuine and invaluable exposure to roles within the sector.

- Supportive project leadership, you’ll be trained up in your first week with regular check-ins on the project.
- Ideal for someone looking to:
- Build data, systems, and stakeholder experience
- Get a foot in the door in commercial property (explicit experience in this field not required)
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact contract role, focused on cleaning and validating customer data across multiple sources, working closely with Property Managers and contacting customers directly where needed.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes ownership, works through problems, and completes a defined body of work (c. 1,600 records) without needing close supervision.

- Liaise confidently with Property Managers and Facilities Managers to resolve queries.
- Contact customers directly to confirm or update details when required, and manage expectations – a warm phone manner needed.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and documentation.
- Triage varied queries and prioritise effectively.
- Support wider administrative or renewal‑related tasks if capacity allows.
Skills & Experience
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet data handling skills.
- Proven experience in data clean‑up, validation, or database hygiene.
- Comfortable interpreting messy or incomplete datasets.
- Confident and professional on the phone.
- Able to manage stakeholders who are time‑poor.
- Highly organised, self‑motivated and detail‑driven.
- CRM exposure beneficial but not essential.
- Property experience not required.
