• Product Engineering & Delivery – Take ownership of delivering digital products from concept to live service, balancing user needs, technical considerations, and operational requirements to deliver real value.
• Technical Capability – Strong full‑stack engineering skills, including experience with databases, integrations, workflow automation, and secure application design, enabling you to build and maintain scalable solutions.
• Problem Solving & Innovation – Enjoy tackling complex challenges, making pragmatic decisions, and using modern tools, including AI‑assisted development, to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and accountability.
