Engineering Coach/Mentor Apprenticeships

Overview

Due to a huge expansion of apprenticeships, we have a vacancy to join our highly successful apprenticeship team as a Coach/Mentor in Engineering Apprenticeships.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Business Services and Engineering team in Farnborough to deliver high‑quality apprenticeships that support effective learning and high levels of retention and achievement.
• Support and guide apprentices through their programme, including assisting apprentices and employers to prepare for the end‑point assessment for the apprenticeship standards.
• Visit apprentices in their workplace to carry out regular reviews, requiring some travel.

Qualifications & Skills

• Industry experience in Engineering, ideally with appropriate engineering vocational experience.
• Qualified to at least level 3.
• Strong administration skills and organisation.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
