The company is a small-sized organisation operating within the beauty industry. It is known for its focus on quality and customer satisfaction, offering a collaborative and professional working environment. Please note this is a part time role 4 half days a week in the office.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate events
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organised office environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager
- Proven experience in an office management role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with the retail industry is advantageous but not essential
What’s on Offer
- Competitive salary in the range of £42000 – £45000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours).
