RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY
We are recruiting for a Residential Property Lawyer to join our team in Northampton.
Handling a mixed caseload of both freehold and leasehold properties, the ideal candidate will:
- Be a Solicitor/CiLex/Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE or possess 6-8 years’ relevant experience
- Have experience of handling their own caseload
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Demonstrate previous knowledge and experience of working in residential property work
- Show a full understanding of the standards required in order to comply with The Law Society’s CQS accreditation
In addition to the above it is expected that the chosen candidate will:
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Have strong IT skills with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office products – experience of using a case management system is desirable

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
Our busy and highly regarded Commercial Property team are looking for an ambitious and experienced Property Solicitor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of commercial property and will have experience of drafting, problem solving and advising clients on a direct basis. Experience of development work, though not essential, work would be very advantageous.
This is a role that provides exposure to an excellent client base, with access to good quality work, and a genuine and realistic opportunity of progression for the right candidate.
