Senior Analytics Manager – Safeguarding and Ledger

What you’ll be doing:

You will lead a team of analysts who are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data controls for our safeguarding obligations and our real‑time ledger. These controls are vital to protecting our customers’ funds, and to enabling our entire FX trading operation

You will own the technical architecture around the controls code and be responsible for making sure that it is fast, scalable, interpretable and flexible

You will manage and coach a team of 3 analysts building these controls

You will participate in and drive discussions around engineering, product and regulatory choices with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure they enable a sensible and controls‑friendly environment

You will also be the conduit between the team and the business. You’ll be expected to help stakeholders define their data control needs and regulatory requirements, and to help the team implement solutions that meet those requirements.

Who you are:

5-6 years experience in a data management role and 2-5 years leading others (can be overlapping)

Strong analytical and technical ability. Background in writing complex data pipelines and clear evidence of managing large and complex datasets

Advanced SQL skills with Python

Data visualisation and storytelling ability

Ability to self‑organise and manage stakeholders

Demonstration of impact/going above and beyond basic role requirements

Previous exposure to regulatory controls preferred

DBT

Previous experience in building control frameworks

Legally authorised to work in the UK
