Lucas Kennedy Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and governance of their Workday HCM System in Greater London. This role requires managing the configuration, optimization, and support of multiple Workday modules, ensuring compliance and standardization across the organization’s HR processes.
The ideal candidate will also oversee business process management related to hiring and compensation, partner with Finance for integration with payroll systems, and govern system security roles. Experience with Workday HCM is essential.
