QA Automation Engineer

QA Automation Engineer – Internal Technology Team

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automation. You will collaborate with development and QA teams to design, develop and execute automated test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate test automation frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with squads to understand software requirements and design automated test cases.
• Participate in test planning sessions to define the overall testing strategy, approach and scope.
• Identify test scenarios suitable for automation based on risk analysis and business priorities.
• Contribute to the selection and evaluation of suitable test automation tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role.
• Programming skills in languages such as C# or JavaScript for creating test scripts.
• Hands‑on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Cucumber.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.
