Electromechanical Production Engineer | NPI & Lean

HENSOLDT AG is seeking a Production Engineer in Greater London to optimise and support manufacturing processes. This position acts as the primary liaison between Design and Manufacturing, focusing on production efficiency and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in production engineering or manufacturing support, particularly with electromechanical assemblies. Experience with Lean manufacturing and ERP systems is desirable, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
