Team Leader – Trauma‑Informed Residential Children’s Home

Brook Street is looking for an experienced Team Leader for a residential children’s home in the Burton-on-Trent area. The role involves leading shifts, supporting staff, and delivering high-quality care to young people aged 8-17 who have emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD), trauma, and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 Residential Childcare and at least 1 year of residential experience. This position offers a salary of £29,000 to £32,000 plus additional payments for sleep-ins and overtime. Immediate interviews are available.
