To run a portfolio of properties in-line with the Dexters Way. Working closely with the Property Management Team Manager to achieve our business plan whilst providing a service that feels like it’s part of the local office, treats every customer as if they were our only and retains our landlords for life!

- Salary: Subject to portfolio experience
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
- Location: West London
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistently excellent service to drive the growth and retention of Landlords and our Lettings portfolio as part of the Tenancy and Property Management Teams.
- Carry out the role of a Property Manager to the highest standard, leading by example, demonstrating a ‘Nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.
- Offer second opinion based on experience.
- Co‑coach and train new team members, guiding them through learning plans and apprenticeships.
- Assist the Team Manager to identify potential new contractors.
- Promote the refurbishments team to improve the quality of the portfolio.
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation.
- Provide support for the Team Manager by motivating the team to achieve our business plan.
- Ensure the team follows best practice at all times.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills.
- Previous property management experience essential.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Persistent and tenacious.
- Team player.
- Natural ability to trouble‑shoot with a keen desire to succeed.
- Ability to cope well under pressure.
