Front Office Supervisor

Royal Lancaster London – located next to Lancaster Gate tube station, short distance from Paddington, Bayswater and Marble Arch stations.

We are currently looking for a passionate Front Office Supervisor to join our Front Office Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guests are registered efficiently and appropriately, maintaining high standards of supervision and administration in line with departmental standards (AA Red Star & LQA Standards).
  • Confidently use various computer systems such as OperaCloud, KnowCross.
  • Upsell room types at every available opportunity to achieve the departmental upselling goal.
  • Complete all tasks outlined in the Front Office Supervisor’s checklist.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
