Away Resorts operates 27 parks across the UK, from Scotland to Cornwall, providing holiday stays for guests and holiday homeowners. Tattershall Lakes is our largest flagship resort with over 1,000 holiday homeowners. We are seeking an Owners Services Manager to ensure these owners are well looked after and to represent their interests within the park management team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver first‑class service to existing and future holiday homeowners at Tattershall Lakes.
- Coordinate with maintenance team and manufacturers to facilitate timely completion of works.
- Take ownership of holiday home handovers to ensure they are presented completed.
- Develop a culture of excellent communication between the team and the consumer.
- Measure qualitative performance within the team.
- Hold regular meetings with departments involved in the customer journey.
Core Responsibilities
- Commercial: Achieve EBITDA for owner recharge services.
- Customer experience: Improve owner experience and act quickly to deal with queries and issues.
- Operational: Improve lead times for resolving aftersales and warranty matters.
- Strategic: Identify improvements in workflows and communication and deliver necessary changes.
