Legal Counsel

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join a well-established financial services group. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a full legal function across the group and its affiliated companies.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including tech agreements aligned with regulatory requirements
• Manage legal documentation and maintain precedent agreements
• Provide GDPR and data protection guidance
• Handle disputes and liaise with external counsel
• Deliver internal legal training and support company secretarial duties

Requirements:

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE
• Strong contract and tort law knowledge; insurance or financial services experience preferred
• Commercially aware with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
