Family & Children’s Ministry Lead (Part-Time)

Crosslands in Ealing is looking for a dedicated Family Worker to lead our children’s ministry and support families within the church. This part-time role requires commitment on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, focusing on oversight, planning, and ensuring high safeguarding standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Pastor, lead volunteers, and engage local families through activities and support services. A genuine Christian commitment is required for this position, aligning with our church’s mission.
