We are looking for a Functional Consultant – SCM to support the design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain processes. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Gather and document business needs across procurement, inventory, logistics, and production.
- Solution Design: Translate requirements into functional specifications and process flows.
- Configuration & Testing: Configure SCM systems, support fit‑gap analysis, and assist with UAT.
- Training & Support: Deliver end‑user training and provide post‑implementation support.
- Collaboration: Work with technical teams to ensure smooth integrations and solution delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in SCM consulting or ERP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, logistics, and production processes.
- Ability to manage full project lifecycle from requirements to go‑live.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Background
- Exposure to manufacturing, retail, logistics, or distribution industries.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with process automation and reporting tools.
