Be part of a high‑performing global onboarding team across London, Paris, New York and Hong Kong. In this Onboarding Analyst role you’ll contribute to the CACIB global onboarding process with a focus on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision of regulatory onboarding solution focused on business‑as‑usual, pre‑trade elements:
- KYC & Regulatory Onboarding
- KYC Periodic Review
- Change Management project involvement
- Operational integrity: ensure service delivery is balanced with robust controls, managing life‑cycle issues such as:
- Periodic KYC review
- Regulatory remediation delivery
- Portfolio and relationship management controls
- Implementation of Filière tiers/FS‑driven initiatives
- Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and integrity
- Onboarding knowledge: deliver GMD’s onboarding obligations, maintain deep market knowledge, and represent the bank in regulatory meetings and committees.
- Project management: deliver projects related to regulatory development and continuous improvement, applying Lean and Agile methodology where appropriate.

Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or equivalent
- Experience in KYC onboarding and/or remediation within financial services or regulatory environment
