About the role
This is a sales position which requires an engineering mindset and understanding, catered for by your experience working in a similar role as an Engineering Sales Representative. The role will be to promote IEMCA throughout the UK & Ireland and will involve:
- Visiting existing customers, introducing the products to new customers
- Running promotional activities for the brand
- Producing promotional literature
- Selecting and staffing exhibitions and Open House stands at trade shows
- Supporting the company’s general sales reps with IEMCA specific knowledge/back up.
You will need a full driving licence, an engineering knowledge/previous experience as you will have to specify Bar-feeds to machines and answer technical questions, be self-motivated and still a team player. The aim is to increase IEMCA sales both directly and through promotion so that End Users request them with their machine purchases.
This role is to be based from home with occasional office meetings required. You would also need to spend time at the Head Office during the initial months due to training and product knowledge being key. The exciting factor about this role, is the path you take can be completely designed by you. Our client will allow you to shape this role, in order to achieve the most success possible.
