Fullstack Engineering Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director – Full Stack Developer to join our Loans enablement Platform engineering team. nLead architecture design and review across multiple pods, ensuring best practices and high-quality solutions.nMentor junior developers on software design, clean code, use of AI coding assistants, programming practices, and career development.nDevelop rapid, working prototype code to serve as a reference for engineering teams.nDirectly participate in building, testing, and deploying engineering solutions. Applicants should have a recent track record of hands-on technical leadership and execution within engineering teams.nInfluence and guide non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resiliency, and recoverability.nPromote modern development practices such as reactive/non-blocking programming and contract-first API design.nPromote successful adoption of AI Software Development tooling.nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience; nSignificant experience in software development required with a strong background in full-stack development and proficiency in architecturen nnExperience in the securities, financial services or tech industry is a plusn nnProficiency in Java, SQL, REST APIs, and Streaming APIsn nnKnowledge of NoSQL database technologiesn nnExperience with emerging technologies, including GenAI integration and AI Software Development toolingnAs a leading global financial services company at the heart of the global financial system, we influence nearly 20% of the world’s investible assets.
