Lead in Automation & Cold Chain – Engineering Manager, Corby

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager ready to lead in a highly automated, cutting‑edge environment? At NewCold Corby, we’re looking for a strong leader to take ownership of our engineering function within a -23°C automated cold storage facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multi-skilled engineers
• Drive reliability, performance, and uptime
• Manage maintenance strategy (PPM & reactive)
• Deliver continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment
• Ensure best‑in‑class safety and compliance

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG, logistics, or automated warehousing
• Experience leading engineering teams in complex environments
• Knowledge of cold stores or ammonia systems (preferred)
• Passion for performance, people, and continuous improvement
