We’re looking for an Operations Infrastructure Engineer to support, maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance and security across the business.
In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and third-party providers to deliver high-quality infrastructure support and contribute to key technical projects. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our systems operate efficiently, while also supporting continuous improvement and innovation across our technology environment.
You’ll help embed a proactive, service-focused approach to infrastructure support, ensuring strong operational performance, effective troubleshooting and a robust technical environment that supports business needs.
We’re looking for an experienced infrastructure professional with strong technical knowledge across IT systems, support and operational environments. You’ll be confident working in a 3rd line or equivalent role, with the ability to troubleshoot, resolve and improve complex infrastructure issues.
You’ll bring a collaborative approach, working effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver reliable and efficient services. You’re comfortable balancing operational support with project activity, and you take a proactive approach to identifying improvements and driving better ways of working.
This Role Would Suit:
- An experienced Infrastructure Engineer
- Someone with strong expertise in datacentre or enterprise infrastructure environments with a strong background in Azure
