Position Overview
As an Agronomist, you’ll provide expert technical solutions to an existing customer ledger whilst demonstrating strong commercial awareness. Your role is central to helping professional growers solve real agricultural challenges through evidence-based agronomic advice. You’ll manage customer relationships, identify growth opportunities within your ledger, and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable results for clients and contribute directly to the company’s continued success.
Responsibilities
Provide expert agronomic advice to customers, drawing on current industry knowledge
Manage and grow an existing customer ledger through relationship building and service delivery
Deliver technical agronomy solutions that address specific client challenges and objectives

Requirements
BASIS qualification with proven experience working as an Agronomist
Proven track record of managing customer relationships effectively
