Engine Assembly Technician – Rotating Shifts (Temp)

Cummins Europe is seeking a talented Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Daventry, Northamptonshire. This role involves assembling high horsepower natural gas and diesel engines, ensuring quality and safety standards, and fostering effective teamwork.

The position works 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern. It is a temporary contract for up to 24 months with potential for permanence based on performance. We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma and experience in manufacturing processes.
