Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets, databases, and company systems.
- Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling tasks.
- Perform online research and organize information as needed.
- Maintain digital files and records in an organized manner.
- Provide administrative and virtual support to the team.
- Handle routine tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with team members regarding assigned work.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (“Word, Excel”) and Google Workspace.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/computer.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt.
