HGV1 / C+E / CLASS 1 Night Trunk Driver – North Walsham

We are hiring a full-time, permanent Class 1 (C+E) night trunk driver based at our North Walsham depot.

Responsibilities

• Perform trunking between North Walsham and Midlands network hubs on double deck curtain side trailers.
• Shift pattern is 5 nights/week, Monday to Friday, typically around 12 hours, with departure times around 18:00-20:00 (to be confirmed).
• Responsibilities include pre-departure walk‑around checks, load securing, waiting to unload at hubs, parking as directed, reloading, and returning to depot.
• Night trunking experience is preferred but not essential.

Salary is up to £42,820/year, including a tax‑free daily meal allowance of £10/shift (£50/week), totaling £42,820.

Requirements

1 year of goods vehicle driving experience and Driver CPC preferred.
