Salary: £29,540 – £31,022 per annum (Salary Band £20,001 to £30,000). Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Job Overview
Darlington Borough Council is recruiting a Senior Customer Services Advisor. You will act as a customer advocate, providing excellent service to all customers and visitors contacting the Council.
Responsibilities
- Act as a customer advocate, providing excellent service to all customers and visitors contacting the Council.
- Resolve enquiries at first point of contact, in line with relevant legislation and Council policies.
- Promote the use of the Council’s digital services and encourage customers to adopt them.
Requirements
- Basic disclosure – BPSS referencing check required.
- Relevant vetting checks must be completed before an offer of appointment is confirmed.
