Telecoms Provisioning and Customer Service Advisor
We are a business telecommunications company that has grown significantly in recent years. We are looking for a Telecoms Provisioning and Customer Service Advisor to support the growth of our operations team.
Your role will focus on customer service and a mixture of provisioning, fault diagnostics (phone lines/broadband), billing and technical support issues. You should be calm, technically minded, positive and able to handle customers and suppliers effectively. You must have a can‑do attitude, strong desire to succeed, excellent IT and business communication skills, and a polite but assertive telephone manner. Attention to detail will be required to place provisioning orders accurately, log faults and issues, and pass them on to suppliers and engineering teams. You will provide day‑to‑day support to existing customers and should be competent with Excel, Word, web portals and quick to learn technical processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Telecom and customer service background – mandatory requirement
- Excellent business communication skills – written and verbal
- Proactive and positive with a “can‑do” attitude
- Effective time‑management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Logical approach to problem solving
