Overview

Provide resolutions for customer queries and personalise each interaction through multiple communication channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across digital, sales, operational, risk management, compliance and collections teams to meet client needs and ensure accurate, timely transaction execution.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently across multiple channels.
  • Personalise interactions and enhance digital capabilities when current technology is insufficient.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and handling client requests.
  • Support internal stakeholders including sales, operations, risk, compliance, and collections teams to meet client expectations.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer care.
  • Check work of colleagues within the team to meet internal and stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide specialist advice and support in own work area and manage risk/controls related to owned work.
  • Communicate sensitive or difficult information to customers regarding advice or day-to-day administrative requirements.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and customers to identify and address their needs.
