Core Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and retain qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth.
- Coordinate and oversee job‑related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, and measuring progress.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics; implement action plans; support the Open Door Policy.
- Build high‑performing teams, embrace differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences, and create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 – $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and Complex Structure based on external factors that create challenges.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms‑specific criminal background check and firearms authorized training.
- For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state‑specific requirements, current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility.
- Will be required to attend and complete all job‑required training and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing responsibilities.
