What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils
• Support students across a range of subjects
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Help manage behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment
• Support pupil progress, confidence, and wellbeing
• Work closely with teachers and school staff

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting)
• A patient, proactive, and supportive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Experience supporting additional learning needs is highly desirable.
