Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 (OTE 34,120) per annum pro rata.

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance.

Hours: 1 day per week, 2 days per week or 3 days per week. Flexible for part-time.

Responsibilities:

• First-and-foremost the Retail Branch & Transfer Manager buys cars and ensures the efficient running of their branch. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues.
• Assisting the transport department as required when not buying cars.

Requirements:

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
