EMEA Solution Partnerships Lead — Equity & Hybrid

Intercom is looking for a Manager, Business Development Partnerships in London, England to lead our partner ecosystem across EMEA. In this player-coach role, you’ll manage a team of partner managers while personally handling a set of key partnerships.

The ideal candidate will bring 8-12 years of channel management experience and a deep understanding of the EMEA partner landscape, complemented by strong leadership and strategic vision. Flexibility to work hybrid is key.
