The University of the Built Environment in Reading is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Outcomes Manager to improve the success of apprenticeship programmes. This role combines management and support of apprentices while ensuring that programmes meet employer expectations and performance objectives.
Candidates should have a strong background in apprentice monitoring and reviewing progress, effective time management skills, and the ability to motivate their team. The position offers a full-time contract for up to 14 months with a salary range of £36,000 to £38,000 annually plus benefits.
