Graduate Teaching Assistant – Liverpool (L16). Salary: £120-£150 per day. Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm.

Role

• Provide academic and pastoral support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Work with individuals and small groups to raise attainment and confidence
• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Assist students with additional learning needs where required
• Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Contribute to intervention programmes and enrichment activities

Ideal Candidate

• A minimum 2:1 degree in a core subject, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
• Passion for working with young people and supporting their development
• Positive, proactive and professional attitude
• Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching or youth work experience is advantageous but not essential
