Hours: 0.6 FTE (22.50 hours/week) All Year round or on Term Time Only + 3 (42 weeks/year) negotiable for the right candidate
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Leadership 10 – 14 (£64,690 to £71,329 FTE)
Location: Flexibility can be offered and will be confirmed upon appointment. Travel to all Trust schools will be required.

Position Overview
St Christopher’s Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a director of Estates who, with the oversight of the Chief Executive Officer, will develop and manage the Trust estate of 21 primary schools. You will have a small estates team to support you, an existing condition survey/plan and a healthy budget to work with.
We are looking for a strategically minded, and values-driven individual who is a good communicator with both contractors and clients and willing to get to grips with the level of statutory compliance required in the public sector.
