The Junction is recruiting for Detached Youth Work Lead

Hours: 11 hours per week

Contract Type: Initially fixed term to 31st March 2027

We are looking for a confident and dedicated individual to lead a small team of Youth Support Workers in delivering high-quality detached, street-based youth work sessions. The successful candidate will provide clear direction, practical support, and positive leadership to ensure sessions are engaging, safe, and responsive to the needs of young people, helping to create meaningful opportunities for connection, support, and personal development within the community.
