Senior Project Manager | Project & Building Consultancy

Knight Frank’s Project & Building Consultancy team is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑profile office fit‑out, refurbishment and repositioning projects across Central London.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of office fit‑out, refurbishment and repositioning projects from initial briefing through to completion.
• Act as a trusted adviser to clients, providing strategic advice on project delivery, procurement, programme, risk and commercial considerations.
• Manage and coordinate multi‑disciplinary project teams through design, tender, construction and handover stages.
• Build and develop strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business and new instructions.
• Prepare fee proposals, support pitches and contribute to business development activities.
• Produce and present project, programme and financial reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop technical capability and future talent.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and success of the London Project Management team.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or an equivalent project management, construction or engineering qualification.
• A strong track record delivering office fit‑out, refurbishment or repositioning projects within the London market.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing skills, with the confidence to influence and advise at all levels.
• Experience leading project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in developing client relationships and winning new business.
• A collaborative leadership style, with a passion for supporting and developing others.
