Position Summary
TSG UK, part of the international TSG Group, is a market leader in delivering cutting‑edge equipment, services and turnkey solutions to energy retailers, commercial fleets and the transport industry. Workshop Technician is needed for our busy workshop at the Longforgan depot. This varied role combines customer service, fault finding of hydraulic and electronic equipment, inventory management, ordering and sourcing of parts for a broad range of stock. The role is site‑based; candidates must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of Longforgan.
Responsibilities
- Identify and troubleshoot faults in hydraulic and electronic equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks.
- Manage inventory, order parts, and source necessary components.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- HNC/HND in an Engineering discipline or demonstrable hands‑on experience in a previous role.
- Technical awareness with a keen interest in fault finding.
- Experience engaging with a variety of stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Comfortable with office software and IT applications.
- Flexible approach to work and ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Full UK driving licence.
